The brake problem seems to happen mostly when it goes over on the left side.
To test the rollover valve, set the bike in the morning sun with about 1/2 tank of gas and the petcock closed. around noon when the tank has gotten good and warm, loosen the filler cap and listen for hissing that would indicate a pressure buildup.
