There is a good chance you will need to clear out the rolover valve in the tank vent hose. Take off the tank and follow the vent hose toward the far end and you'll find it. Pop off the hose that goes to the tank, drain out any gas that might be in the hose and valve. Giving the valve a good shake often resets it.
