Man, do not drill out the perch. Just buy a cheap Thruxton, Bonnie SE or Scrambler unit. Or just a throttle from any other bike and use the 7/8 Bars.
30 Bucks for a universal throttle compared to an unsafe bored out perch? Who buys cheap, buys twice...
