I don't believe that Christianity is the only religion to consider homosexuality a sin.
In fact one of the other tenets of reformed (protestant) theology is that all human beings are sinners.

Phelps has gathered a following, mostly family, based on his personality and their own willingness to be led. Phelps uses Bible verses OUT OF CONTEXT to support his own warped viewpoints.
Exactly why are you asking me to explain where a whack job like Phelps gets his ideas. I'm not one of his supporters. Hummmphh, he probably uses LINUX. Now you explain just how it is that all LINUX users cannot also be Phelpian whack jobs.

However, I expect opponents of any belief (political or religious) to try to use the oppositions’ statements against them. This is done by pulling words out of their original context, assigning a different meaning to them and demanding an explanation.
