I belong to a R/C (riders club) in my parts that has a patch, the president actually had to go to the local HA and clear the patch and club with them....we even had to give them one of our patchs to display in the clubhouse i guess so other members could see it and know we are just an R/C. Who knew! Politics everywhere.
To me that is a really sad story.
You are absolutley right!! its a frigin riders club for goodness sakes, i suppose they did not need to have a patch but its a club and clubs always have some kind of uniform or something that identifies you as a member..... but...beats the hell out of being approached by anyone with the wrong intentions.
