I don't have one in front of me, but aren't the reflector and glass glued together? If they are, you should be able to use a razor knife and some patience to split them. Find the appropriate glazier adhesive for when you go back together. Maybe a couple of match marks with a Sharpie so you can put it together exactly as it was.
