I know this is been done to death but for some reason when I search I don't get any results so apologize ahead of time. I've even watched a couple of YouTube videos to try to help out. Anyways anyone that has seen my post knows I've been dealing with swapping out the head of my bike and dealing with the shims. When I first took the bike apart there was a long gap of getting to put it back together because of the different model of heads and waiting to get the parts for the different head. Well we got it back together and there was one hose that we couldn't figure out where one end of it goes. The bike started up and ran so we thought it was no big deal. Upon installing the AI removal kit from new bonniville I have figured out what the hose is for but still not sure exactly where it goes. I have figured out it goes to the carb but I can't figure out where so I can install the rubber cap from the kit.
Step 6 remove rubber hose connecting the air valve to the carburetors. Replace with rubber cap on the carb
I've looked and looked and I can't see where anything is missing but the. Again I've never worked on a carb so I wouldn't know what to look for. I did find something else that isn't right but I want to take care of this problem before tackling that one. If someone can explain in detail where it goes or even a picture would be awesome. I would be very grateful
