I just sold my 03 America for $5000 with 57,000 kms on it. I had put new rubber on the bike and as many of you know, it had everything. Flyscreen, roadster screen, chrome everything including rims and every side cover (even the plastic one over the starter relay), backrest, 2 luggage racks, Corbin and standard seats, Kuryakyn running lights etc etc. Even though the list price for the bike was somewhere between $3500 and $4200 in Canada (and he knew it), the fellow had no qualms about paying 5 grand. I threw in everything including the service manual, brake pads, filter and all old parts. The fellow loves it. I've driven with him a couple of times and complained to him about it being dirty....
If you really like the bike and it includes everything and is as good as you say, I wouldn't feel bad about overpaying.
You will be able to find a more recent Speedy or America for the same money though. Have you tried KIJIJI?
