KBB high retail is $3,325; NADA Average retail is $2,510. Maybe offer him $3,000 US. He's not going to get 5 grand unless he sells it to someone that knows nothing about these bikes. Like someone said, for $5400 you should be able to get a 2005-2007 America or Speedmaster.
