Thanks guys, yea I will see what he says tonight but I think he is going to be a little tuff to negotiate with, he already is telling me I really don't need to sell it, I think that was his way of saying don't bother low balling me. Hey you never know he has been trying to sell it since April, and that's probably why it's not selling because he will not drop his price.
