Not sure what the exchange rate is but in US$ that would be way over priced. In the end though, it matters more what you want. That bike will run a very long time for you at $7000 as long as he isn't hiding anything. I have paid too much for things I wanted with no regrets in the past but I always try and get what I want at the lowest end cost to me as possible.
