Yes, it was the logical way to do it. Then BMW and Triumph messed it all up.
I will tell you when I sit on the Thunderbird then sit on my Kingpin the Tbrd seems really fat. Its that big motor side by side with the tank covering it. But they have been able to get some HP out of it.
