I have seen Johnny Winter perform at least 10 times over the years. He was truly an amazing guitarists. The first time I saw him was in the early 70 in New Orleans on the riverboat President. He jammed for over 5 hours it was incredible. Johnny is on my top five list of guitarists that I have seen live. In no particular order they are BB King, Jimmy Page,Stevie RAY Vaughan and Eric Clapton. May he RIP and he will always be Still Alive And Well. Think I will spin some albums tonight in his honor.
