Gotta say even with the stock length Progressive 412s I run on my '02 BA, I still scrape the pegs a whole lot while ridin' the mountain twisties around here, and thus I can't imagine lowering my bike at all.
(...but then again I suppose IF I lived in some boring flatland area that had no twisties, it really wouldn't matter all that much, huh!)
