I've got my rear turn signals converted to running/turn signal lights. It was easy... just took time (like everything else). Went to an auto parts store and bought universal 1157 sockets. Mounted them on... oh I know... mason jar lids (modified a bit to accept the socket to fit the housing). Then just wired the two circuits accordingly.
