Glad to hear they took care of you Jeff. Post up your impressions after you get a few miles on them. Mine seem to be loosening up a bit after about 6,000 miles on them. I set them at 2 for solo and 4 for 2 up now. If anything, they're getting better at absorbing the bumps.

Derek - just got back from a 2000 mile trek to the Ozarks and I think I would have to agree that they seem to loosen up with time.....I don't really know what I expected when I bolted them on except I wanted a smoother (less squeky) ride. The ride down didn't really feel much different - riding solo with gear, shocks at 2. We took I-35 thru Minnesota and Iowa to make time and the potholes were still pretty harsh.

Several times on ride down I thought to myself - remember to try different shock settings! But of course that was long forgotten after the day's ride.

The trip home did seem smoother, but it also seemed alot longer!!
