Well I'm about 225 lbs, and my wife is another 145. If you're a lot lighter than that, then I'd just go with the regular Progressives. Like I said, I ride with the shocks set at 1 or 2, and with the wife at 2 or 3. That's why I bought the heavy duty ones, because I ride 2 up quite a bit now.
I would think the Ikons would be better, but that's just based on price. If you're going to spend that much the Progressive 440s are worth a look. Lots of positive reviews around here for those.
