i can't remember how that box fit in there again (got rid of it) but drill two small wholes in the top of the box the space of the CDI, then route zip ties through the two holes and over top of the CDI to secure, you could also put small piece of foam or anything else under it if you want against the box but there is tons of room under there for that little box.
