So, Heres my update. The unit did NOT arrive on the 11th as the order confirmation said. I went back and forth by email with Carlos at Triumph Performance USA. Come to find out the link here links to the British site, but their order page link links to TPUSA in Lomita Calif.
Carlos told me I had to send him MY ICU and I guess they reprogram it and send it back. I'm still baffled why I received a confirmation that told me I'd receive it on 9/11.
Sooo On Saturday I mailed mine to Carlos at TPUSA, express 2 day mail to be delivered on Monday . Come Monday TPUSA is closed so my ICU never got delivered. I track it on the web site which says it will be re delivered the next business day, which would be Tuesday,only it wasn't Today is Saturday and as far as I'm able to tell from the tracking website the damn thing is on a shelf in the post office. I actually called the Post Office on Thursady and requested it be redelivered but cannot t tell if has been or not . I left 2 messages for Carlos but no call back.
At this point I expect the ICU wil be returned to me as undeliverable and oh yeah what about my $240.00 Who the heck knows.
What a frustrating expreience I'll be so happy if I ever finally get it.
