I think it's a good idea for Harley, I'm just not sure they should call them Harleys. Polaris has a great idea with Indian. Indian can be the "Traditional" brand going forward while Victory can start branching out to tourers or even sport bikes. Harley could name them something else and keep the Harley brand separate from the newer style bikes. While I'm not sure I'd buy one I'd like to see and ride one.

We all like to think of ourselves as rugged individualists. But when push comes to shove most of us are sheep who do what we are told. Worst of all, a lot of us become unpaid agents of whoever is controlling the agenda by enforcing the current dogma on the few rugged individualists who actually exist.
