I think not! I am not even happy we don't have a kickstarter. I wouldn't like an electric Triumph any more than I like the Tbird and it's water cooling.
Harley deserves to be ripped on for selling 1930s tech at 21st century prices.
So...you want a kick starter on a brand new Triumph AND rip Harley for selling 1930's tech?!
Makes sense
Not ripping on anyone, they are still selling the same basic engine as always, fact not a rip. I rip on HD because it's fun among my friends since that's what most of them ride. I like the old tech as I have said a thousand times before so I would not like an electric bike no matter who made it, that was my point. You said we rip on the electric bike because it was made by HD and that has nothing to do with weather I like it or not. As for a kick start, it only makes sense, low battery? Kick it. Broken starter? Kick it. What is the failure rate on electric start? What is the failure rate on a kick start? I have kick start bikes from the 50s that the kickstart still works perfectly, how many electric starters last that long? I have rebuilt my 66 Triumph engine at least 5 times and the transmission once but that kickstart is still the same from the factory, if it had been electric it would have been replced multiple times now so yes I want a kick start on my bike in addition to the electric start.
When have I ever been incongruent? Told you before I was getting tired of your insults, you may have just made my ignore list, only one on it.
