Pretty darn cool. Take one out but be warned... they are addictive! (If I had the money I'd be riding one by now!)
Live to love, love to live.

I would like to try a Victory I think But As everyone on here has heard ad nauseum, A factory 1,000cc - 1,200cc America/Speedmaster would be my dream bike.

Stupid thing is NZ doesn't have a Victory dealer at the moment. The last one folded. A mate with a Victory can get some parts through a Polaris dealer but is limited. Has to look off shore for most stuff. Though to be fair I get most of my Triumph stuff off shore as well. Can usually get it shipped here including postage at half the cost the dealer charge's.

I finally got around to checking out the new Indian bikes yesterday at Chesapeake Cycle in Annapolis MD. Man are they pretty in person! I was asking about a Scout, if there was any word coming through the rumor mill... nothing on that front yet. Pretty nice little shop there, carried Indian, Victory, Triumph, and even those Zero motorcycles, so I got my first look at those in person too.
Always remember to be yourself. Unless you suck. Then pretend to be someone else.

They just opened Indian Motorcycle Kansas City a month ago out in Olathe - before that the nearest was in Lincoln, NE. It's right across I-35 from the local H-D dealership (and up the frontage road from the KTM dealer that moved there last year ( long time dealer but I swear they've moved at least 3 times in the last 10 years). With Olathe Suzuki on the other size of Santa Fe we're getting a MC row! Indian moved into the old Van Wall building, that had been, until a couple of our Victory & Polaris dealer. The new dealer is also carrying the Polaris ATVs. Nice. But given that represents a year of college for my daughter & we have 5 more of those to go... And actually, I think I would prefer the 800 XC I took for a spin at Engle's demo weeek last Friday. At first I felt the bars had me leaning too far forward for comfort - but that feeling disappeared when I pulled the feet up to the pegs... would've liked to taken a F800R out but that wasn't one they were offering... not like I actually going to be in the market anytime soon.
