IMO, in our twins, spark plugs are not going to make power, however under some circumstances sub-optimal plugs can lose power.

IMO, the most effective combo in our bikes are PVL coils (branded as "Nology" in NA), TPUSA Magnecor "red" wires, & NGK IX plugs.

The above said, the OEM stuff performs just fine.
