Hi forum,
for those of you, who might be interessted. I did a 4 days whistlestop trip throught the south of Britain. My tour started in Dover and took me on the first day over Canterbury and London (and the ACE )to Bath. On the 2nd day I rode along the coast down to Penzance. The next day I continued my ride to Bognor Regis. And, of course, on the last day I returned to Dover to get my ferry back home.

If you like, here are "some" pictures of this trip ...

I like how you mounted your saddlebags higher up than most. Any unforeseen problems with them? What brackets do you have?

Hi Ryk,
these are Hepco&Becker saddlebags mounted with their C-Bow system. This is very comfortable and works perfectly fine for me.
Cheers,
Nick

My plan next year is to do the tour of UK on a rented Bonneville.

Your Stonehenge pics reminded me... an archeologist friend told me of another site, with consists of mounds, or was an ancient earthen fortress? I don't recall exactly what it was, but he highly recommended visiting it.

No matter how Cynical I become, I can never keep up.
