You need to bring your bars back, otherwise you almost need to slouch to ride. The K. belt, backrest, and the bars further back all goes to correct the problem. As long as I can push my back into a backrest and reach the bars comfortably, my L-2&3 ruptured discs just feel (like sh!t) normal, without that, I'm in total misery and I just want to go home and eat Narco pain meds. I do agree the standard bike position with your feet under you, may help you without all the mods. I'm sure you will get it sorted, pain is a very strong incentive.
