Interesting you mentioned that Triumph recommends an idle of 1150, because when I mentioned the stalling to the mechanic he was nice enough to put it on the computer and check the mapping etc but oddly enough he set the idle to around 900.
And the stalling got worse.
I was pretty happy when I moved it up to around 12-14, that I've not had a problem since.
