He's obviously qualified for open water.
Every normal man must be tempted, at times, to spit on his hands, hoist the black flag, and begin slitting throats.

Nice. Hope it works out for him.
I have no faith in human perfectability. I think that human exertion will have no appreciable effect upon humanity. Man is now only more active - not more happy - nor more wise, than he was 6000 years ago.

Note the hose is NOT connected to the tank. That would be a good thing. I hear breathing propane isn't all that good.
Live to love, love to live.

Especially if one smokes.

He is snorkling! The tank is used to keep him floating with the end of the hose poking in the air! Well... its a theory!

A little duct tape and it would be right out of the Red Green show where the motto is "If the women don't find you handsome they should at least find you handy"

Better than the guy up this way who wanted to retrieve his new rod and reel from the bottom of a cove. Tied log chain around himself so he could walk on the bottom and used a water hose to breathe. Alas, he couldn't breathe after he got a few feet underwater, couldn't remove the log chain and couldn't walk back up to dry land in time. I think the divers that retrieved his body recovered his rod and reel too.
