Thanks! The OEM front tire is 110/80-18 and the Dunlop (and even Maxxis) is 120/90-18. Since the tire is "higher" there is not much free space between it and the fender bracket.. It spins OK by hand, but the centrifugal force (sp) when driving makes it rub. I believe it was member Fred who first found out that by cutting off the center portion of the fender bracket the rubbing would stop. I did that, and I also took my Dremel and made the fender mounting holes oval, lifted it and gained another few millimetres.
