Holds up ok mate. It was never meant to be a forever job, just a temporary black out on the wheels & forks until i'm ready for the hassle of getting them powder coated.

I gave them a good scrub with a 3M scotch pad. I left the tyres on & masked up the tyres, valve & bearings etc then gave them a quick spray with self-etching primer, followed by grey primer, then a few coats of gloss black, followed by a few coats of clear lacquer.

It may well chip off in places over the summer months but it's easily touched in again with a paint pen/brush. It just gives me the desired effect until the winter.
