After much effort of SRS's part of turning up parts and having them chromed, and me tapping threads, burning fingers on hot metal, and bleeding profusley from a wrench that slipped, I've discovered that you can't fit turn signals below your driving lights if you have OEM crash bars installed!
Even if they're mounted up hard against the light (instead of using mounts as I do) they'll still hit the crash bars on full lock... doesn't matter if it's the standard pumpkins or large kuryakyn silver bullets. (Haven't tried anything smaller.) No idea if aftermarkets bars will do the same, but I've no reason to think they won't.
I'm working on a method to overcome this - more as it happens.
