My 2003 America won't start. The battery was low. I charged it and had it checked at Advance Auto and it didn't show bad. It is charged to 11.7VDC. Good lights and relay clicks but the starter doesn't crank. There weren't any issues before the low battery.
11.7 Sounds low, your looking at 13.0 for a healthy battery status. Running a weak battery can ruin a starter system over time. I'm sure others will chime in, as not an uncommon problem.
