Punishing them won't change them. I've read somewhere that child molesters have a 95% "reocurrance" rate after they get out. That's the reason some lawmakers try and create laws to keep them in prison indefinately, and the reason behind "registration" laws. The man that I referenced had child porno on his cell phone, and the police are always confiscating puters that have that crap on them.
