If you do find interference with your bars/tank, you can tack weld a shim at the stop on each side of the frame to get the proper limit of turn. When Triumph went with the fatter tanks on the Speedies and Americas, they changed the tree lowers to limit turning and keep the bars from being able to hit the tank. Not at all sure about the Bonneville tanks though. Heres to hoping it's plug and play for you.



Or simply add taller handlebars risers.
