Hmmmm...that's weird, Stephen. All I can surmise is that maybe just like how some of our Canadian brothers around here can't receive and/or utilize certain American-based websites, maybe with you bein' in Kiwiland, it's the very same kind of phenomenon happenin' here???

Just had a look around the forum and the 'Hall of Fame' is the only Forum that I can't post in. None of the threads in there give me the reply box and none of the posts have the usual Reply, Quote or Quick Reply options. Very strange.
