Yes, it doth come with the external power adapter, cool little fan, and a wire that snaps into the 3 prong plug. All of this contraption fit nicely in the headlight bucket.
And no, it did not come with bubble wrap. It was packed in foam. I was so dejected. But I got me a Greek Fisherman's hat off EBay and it had some really crispysnappin' bubble wrap from Greece. So I am now a Greco-Anglo snapper.
