It looks like Triumph Twin Power has come up with a fix for the dreaded starter idler gear boss failure we have seen on our twins, especially the older ones. It looks like they have machined a piece to go over the existing boss reinforcing it, utilizing JB weld so it shouldn't break. Clik the
