I utilized "Greggor's" setup on his lightbar with the Kuryakyn Silver Bullets (emulation is flattery) and now I hope someone could advise me on what's the best way to switch it, a toggle in the console dummy hole, or wire it into the high beam circuit ? Pros and cons on either? Thank you

Wade, I wired mine independent of the headlight as I run them anytime I'm riding. It aint necessarily for me to see better, more for me to be SEEN better.

Did you utilize a relay? Easy enough to mount a low amp toggle in the dash to engage a relay.
A positive attitude may not solve all your problems, but it will annoy enough people to make it worth the effort. Herm Albright (1876 - 1944)

, been a while but yes I believe I did. Rather than run the additional wiring to the dash, which is a good idea I drilled a hole and added the toggle to the left light which I can reach easily while in the saddle.
I currently have a push button switch in the dash that operates a small LED voltmeter mounted on the triple tree. I had lots of charging issues over the years which I finally sorted out with the addition of a Shindengen Mosfet regulator.

What kind of switch is it? Meaning is it a momentary switch or on/off switch. Also is it waterproof? I have been trying to find a waterproof push button on/off switch but haven't had good luck finding one.

Im back. OK, here's the whole pkg. This is what I have. USA MADE. Do not get crap from China. These are the boots and switch together. Notice how the wires come already made into the body, that way it has clearance to lay flat when you mount it under the console. http://www.ebay.com/itm/12-amp-3-waterpr...=item35ce3c6e03Best option. I need another switch, so if ya want to split an order, lemme know.

Wade,
I tied a separate relay into the high beam circuit. Low beam shuts off the Silver Bullets. Works fine for me since I ride with the high beams on during daylight hours. At night though when I have to shut off the high beams, it feels like I'm blind.

When I wired Wendys light bar I made it come on with the high beam and off when switched to low beam.

I did the same thing. I have a relay switched by a weatherproof toggle on the dash AND connected to the high beam indicator on the dash. They only come on with the highbeams but I can switch them off on the dash. I got the toggle switch in the boat section at Bass Pro. I have the large driving lights and used these LED's rather than the incandescent bulbs. http://www.customdynamics.com/led_passing_lamps.htm
We all like to think of ourselves as rugged individualists. But when push comes to shove most of us are sheep who do what we are told. Worst of all, a lot of us become unpaid agents of whoever is controlling the agenda by enforcing the current dogma on the few rugged individualists who actually exist.

Ouch! They be 45.00 each! I found a supplier that has about the same lamps as these, 50W equivalent, hi quality and about 65 bucks for 5 of 'em. Problem is, I only need two. So, if anyone wants to share..............
