I finally got my suspension in order, and went to put my new risers on and my freshly powder coated bars. I put the controls back on and, it appears, I have no front brake. The fluid is about half way in the middle of the sight glass.
It has been hanging there for about a month, and I assume it's because it was hanging there is why I have a problem.
What do I need to do?
