Don't think anyone's sussed out the thread size/type. I'm guessing it'll be metric like the rest of the bike but the brits have been known to use odd threads for oil in the past, like gas threads etc.
Getting a T piece into either end of the line up the back of the cylinders'd be tricky - there's not a lot of room there, however if you could contrive a replacement for the bolt holding the lower banjo in place that had a taller head with a threaded hole in the top you could hook some nice braided line into it and run it off to your gauge, or to a sender if you wanted an electronic one. I'd be pretty surprised if such a bolt didn't exist, but if not it wouldn't be hard to make.
