I don't see why not, as the street legal wattage sealed beam should make nearly the same current demands upon the modulator as a street legal wattage H4 bulb, but an email to the manufacturer should answer the question for sure. Its not unusual for most electronic devices made for the vehicle aftermarket to have tolerance for current variations built in, to adapt to variable alternator output.
