I was thinking about routes for this year. Since it will be the last out of Westby, I really think we should circumnavigate lake Pepin. Its a good show case of the upper Mississippi and we should be able to do it all on secondary roads. (I think the group would want to stay off the 4 lane part of HWY 61 as it is boring)
WE should be able to cross a couple bridges, stop at some scenic over looks and lunch at a good brewpub. And maybe work in Mindoro Cut as well. And perhaps SR 162 and CR II will finally be open.

and I agree Mitch, this winter sucks!
