Z - Bike week is in Phoenix. I have been a few times. Usually great entertainment/music each evening (Wed - Sat) - I think ZZ Top is playing this year, which is included in your price of admission! LOTS of venders, and thousands of bikes. A multi day pass is cheaper than single day passes. They have a number of rides set up through the week starting at various dealerships, usually which benefit some charity, so there is a separate fee for those. I will be around, but don't know if I am going this year. There is another event set up to compete that same weekend, don't know how that is going to come off. April in Phx is usually great weather, but can be warm.
