From what i have been able to learn here...even through the sarcasm
... is that throttle position(1/8th turn, 1/4 turn, 1/2 turn, WOT) is not relevant or relative to speed or RPM when measuring performance(HP/Torque)BUT how well the fuel to air mixture happens in the carb. Basically what you are looking at is the ability to consistently generate the proper mixture so you can take advantage of it at any speed or rpm... I think that's it anyway
