My niece came down from Michigan for a visit and since it was a beautiful day she took her first ever motorcycle ride.

Looks like a perfect day in the Brasstown Ranger District. And from the size of your niece's grin one would have to say she absolutely loved the ride!

Has anybody actually confirmed their being in Ga this yr? This being the 10 yr anniversary I would like to think everyone that has ever been would show up to celebrate it. And always before we have seen a list? Who' s camping, who's staying in motels lol who's got and made what plans? Lol enquiring minds want to know

Walked into the "really big" building here at Hartsfield airport in Atlanta the other day, the one that has the massive "Triumph" sign on the top....Hoping to get a primary gasket for my bike. Was a VERY impressive office setting with several vintage Triumphs sitting around, along with a gift shop with some really neat stuff inside, but was closed, as it was only 7:00 am....I walked right in and started yelling for someone, there was ONE person in the whole place who told me I could'nt get parts there, only from a dealer....70 or so miles from Dahlonega, don't think it would be worth the trip....I will be attending the Greater Atlanta British Motorcycle Assn's "3 State Ride" that weekend....

Apparently Triumph has opened a big office on the 2nd floor of this 10 story building here in Atlanta, at Hartsfield airport...I was just being curious and went inside hoping I could get a part for my America, and was impressed with the bikes they had there sitting around for show...Not really sure what they do there, but they don't sell parts!

It is Triumph's new North American Headquarters. They moved it from Newnan to be closer to the Airport.

Stopped by Helen Cellar Package Store last night and talked to the girl there about the cafe. Turns out she works there in the morning. No Sarah is no longer there. Seems the owner likes to hire new staff about every other month. All these years I've been going to Betty's store and I've never realized that there is a package store right next door. Jeez. Although they had Elijah 12 years (18 is the only one worth drinking) I opted for 4 roses single barrel.

Why is it so cold up here? Want to scope out the Cherohala but with temps at 36 I'll continue sipping java in front of the space heater. 36 degrees r u kidding me? At least the ride up was warm and dry. Cops? Wholly Toledo. Must have seen 30 cruisers yesterday.
