I would like to bob my rear fender (07 America). I would like to keep the passenger seat where it is...so I guess I would be chopping a foot or so off. It's already painted (spur of the moment project) and I would like to not re-paint. I'm looking for any advise on the best way to go about this (best tool...etc). Thanks
