Janet and I spent two weeks travelling that area a few years ago, Becky. Spent two days at Lake Powell/Page and thoroughly enjoyed myself. The loop was Denver, Mesa Verde National Park (NP), Four Corners, Grand Canyon NP, Lake Powell, Zion NP, Bryce NP, Arches NP, Grand Junction, Rocky Mountains NP, & Colorado Springs. Hit every little stop in between (like Coral Pink Sand Dunes State Park in Utah, very cool). Put 5000 miles on the rental SUV!
It was one of the best times of my life. I especially liked Zion. What an outstanding place! I hear some changes have been made there though....
