Soren, They are all Kuryakyn the tombstone is KA4990 and the turn signal set up is 3 items 2099, 2363. You can get them from anyone who carries Kuryakyn. I bought mine from Custom Dynamics
web page There is a complete setup that combines the taillight but I don't think it would work. It also won't work unless you cut some of the fender. The indentations from stock lighting was a bit of a task to content with but the tombstone fits right in to where the license holder was.
