Yes. Picos is nice. From there to Galicia is our celtic area. It's not very different to some places in UK. I've been several times in the North, mostly in Lancashire. And Scotland is another bikers heaven.
Better thing in UK to drive is traffic signals, big and usually before the trees and not behind as many times here.
