watching now & wondering how they ever got anywhere riding 30 mph.

The DVD version I have has some extras at the end and I seem to remember someoneone said they shot most of the movie at about 25mph.  He said he thought there'd be guys in agony with their backs all over America as a result of trying to emulate that trip on Hardtails
