So I was reading this post on upgrading the horn and it got me thinking, (I know dangerous, right). Anyway, I know in some states it's illegal to wear headphones/earbuds while operating a vehicle. WHY? I mean I never had to take a hearing test in any state I've lived to obtain a license. Some places even offer the test in sign.
